Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PanditG app and website. By using our services, you agree to the conditions below. Last updated 13 May 2026.

1. The service

PanditG connects devotees with verified pandits and offers a daily panchang reference. Samagri is supplied directly by PanditG — order through the app and we deliver it to you. We also offer an end-to-end puja service: pick a combo package, and we arrange the samagri, the pandit, and the full setup and conduct of the ritual. You just have to be ready.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Payment is collected only after your booking is completed — that is, after the puja ritual is performed and any ordered items are delivered. Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to twelve hours before the scheduled muhurat. Any cancellation made within twelve hours of the muhurat is chargeable at fifty percent of the total booking amount.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by cash or online. We display the final amount payable upfront — there are no hidden charges or extras. Every transaction is verified by PanditG, so your payment is safe.

4. Conduct of pandits & devotees

Pandits agree to perform the booked ritual with traditional rigour. Devotees agree to provide a respectful environment and the basic space required. Disputes are mediated by the PanditG support team.

5. Samagri quality

Samagri kits are temple-grade and inspected before dispatch. If you receive a kit that falls short, raise a return within forty-eight hours of delivery for a free replacement.

6. Limitation of liability

PanditG is not liable for outcomes attributed to ritual observance. Our liability for any service failure is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
